Exchange and Returns Policy

Returns for Exchanges / Refunds

Swim by Judit wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another swimsuit. Please follow this guide for a correct return.

  • Swimsuits must be returned no later than 14 days from the day you received it.
  • Swimwear that is on sale cannot be returned.
  • Make sure to include the EXCHANGE / REFUND document with your name, address and order number, indicating the product you wish to return and any other pertinent information. We will appreciate if you let us know the reasons for your return. Any comments will help us to improve.
  • Please make sure you wear a hygiene protector when you try on your swimsuit.
  • If you want to make a return, please note that if the product does not have the original labels, is damaged, washed, used, with deodorant stains or other products, will not be accepted.
  • Any product returned to Swim By Judit damaged or past the return date will be returned to the customer and an additional charge will be made for shipping costs.
  • Send the package to the address that appears on the Exchange / Refund form. We recommend using an insured shipping method with a package tracking number to ensure that the package arrives safely and documented.
  • In case of return for exchange, please note that the shipping costs will be charged to your account.

 

Payment options in refunds and processing time.

  • Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed in 5-14 business days after receiving the package.
